Our Leadership Team

Tracy Allison

Non Executive Director
Chairperson

Tracy is an FCCA with over 20 years’ senior executive experience in the housing sector. She was Chief Executive of West Kent Housing Association from 2019 to 2026, having previously served as Deputy Chief Executive of Hyde Housing Group. Tracy is Chair of First Garden Cities Homes and a Non-Executive Director of Habitare Homes, with previous Trustee roles including St Mungo’s and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. She brings extensive expertise across affordable housing, governance, finance and development. 

John Belsey

Non Executive Director

John is a Chartered Accountant and former Deloitte tax partner with over 20 years’ experience advising major corporates, government bodies and property developers on finance, tax and risk. He served for 20 years as a District Councillor, including as Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member, and chaired the Audit Committee, with experience determining major planning applications including housing and mixed-use developments. John has also served as Lead Governor of an NHS Foundation Trust and brings further expertise in financial oversight, risk and regulation through his FCA-regulated insurance business.

Stephen Stone

Non Executive Director

Stephen was Chief Executive of Crest Nicholson from 2005 to 2018, later serving as Non-Executive Chair, and Chair of Keepmoat Homes from 2019 to 2021. He is Founder and Director of Flint Housing and a Non-Executive Director of Miller Homes. A trained Architect, Stephen has chaired the NHBC’s Construction Quality Expert Panel and served on Government panels including the Hackitt Review, bringing extensive leadership and sector expertise across housing, construction and development.

David Martin

Construction

David is Director of MM Affordable Homes, with 30 years’ experience in finance and real estate. He has obtained planning for, built and sold hundreds of properties during his career.

Joe Robinson-Miller

Operations

Joe is Director of MM Affordable Homes. Joe is a qualified Barrister and former elected councillor to two local authorities where he sat as lead member of Brighton and Hove Planning Committee. He has ten years’ experience securing options, assembling sites and delivering planning consents.

Giles White

Finance

Giles is Chief Investment Officer at Rampart Capital LLP. He is a qualified Barrister, with 18 years’ experience in wealth management at Credit Suisse, UBS AG and Barclays Private Bank in roles that included advisory as well as discretionary asset management, with a focus on asset allocation, portfolio structuring and alternative investment strategies.

Jim Webb

Compliance

Jim is Director of MM Affordable Homes. He is Chief Operating Officer at Rampart Capital LLP which is an FCA regulated company. With over 35 years’ experience as Executive Director within wealth management at UBS AG International, Global Custody at Barclays International and at the Royal Trust Bank; working in and heading up numerous operational platforms in the wealth management industry.
